On 4 November 2023, the Foreign Correspondents’ Club Hong Kong will organise an in-person training session on cyber security for Hong Kong-based journalists.
The Foreign Correspondents’ Club Hong Kong (FCCHK) is offering a training session on digital security as part of a series of events for early- to mid-career journalists. This session, hosted by cyber security expert Vivian Poon, will take participants through guidelines on how journalists can keep themselves and their information secure while working and browsing online. The workshop will cover topics such as cyber crime, cyber bullying, personal data security and security breaches, followed by a Q&A session with the speaker.
Date: Saturday 4 November 2023 from 10 am to 12 pm.
Location: FCCHK, Restaurant Bert’s; North, 2 Lower Albert Rd, Central, Hong Kong.
